Symmetry Wellness Centre offers our community first rate alternative health care. Our team offers FREE Wellness Events  to companies to promote healthy lifestyles to their employees and families, and to provide useful and practical information regarding health related topics.  During the Wellness Event, we offer FREE one-on-one sessions with some of our Health Care Professionals (eg, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Naturopathic Doctor, Pedorthist).   These are pre-booked 10-minute consultations to allow for health related questions and mini assessments.  

This is a wonderful way for you and your co-workers to take some time to learn more about health and wellness, which can help to reduce injuries and sick-time.
